Podcast: Domestic Violence, Safety and COVID-19

In this podcast SVRU Project Manager Kirsty Giles speaks with Jen Douglas from UK Charity SafeLives about safety planning and how to get help if you or someone you know needs it. Anyone experiencing domestic violence including coercive or controlling behaviors, should not feel they need to wait for support.

Please remember you are not alone. Support is available right now.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger call 999 and ask for the Police.
